    The project presented in the class is based on one of the departments at the University of Tampa. The training was found to provide better proper knowledge of how to operate a computer and have proficient communication skills when answering the phone. Working with other classmates helped in the elaboration of this project, working collaboratively as a group help to reach the goal of the course. The project was developed with two other classmates. Each assignment was tracked with a project management log sheet. Each member of the team had different tasks during the project. I was in charge of various phases of the project as the learner analysis, the contextual analysis, and the objectives.  An instructional unit was developed for this project by a member of the team. The idea of the project is that the department of the Tele-Counseling Center at the University of Tampa implements this instruction for the Spring 2020 term. 

       The Instructional Unit was created to provide scenarios to the trainees. For example, how to introduce themselves when answering the phone. Collect student's information to upload the correct file and then further assist them. The project required to have a quote. Down below the final quote will be shown.
