Goal Statement
Susana's experience before entering the program was in the Communications field. However, after concluding the program, Susana will be prepared to demonstrate her skills and work in the IDT field as well as her communications experience. Susana is willing to take any challenge presented with determination and enthusiasm. Susana desires to approach another goal in her life and grow in the field, along with her communications background. Susana's interest in the field will help her to take advantage of networking around the area. Susana likes to do research and learn about different instructional design platforms.

Susana has strengths that are necessary for the work environment. Susana is responsible, organized, has great communication and time management skills. Susana's purpose is to successfully create content demonstrating the use of theories of learning, "trends and issues," Bloom's Taxonomy, ARCS, and Gagne's Nine Events of Instructions. Susana's goal is to work in a university environment developing training materials for further instructions and be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge she acquired during the program. Susana is interested in developing different workshops using various learning management systems. Susana is excited to create activities, infographics, assessments, storyboards, establish learning objectives, demonstrated proper use of different multimedia tools.

Susana is capable of demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness while connecting with new experiences and identify any problem to solve. Susana had the opportunity to create assessments and activities during her internship, and her goal is to share innovative ideas on the field. Susana aspires to develop instruction and influence learners in a positive manner.
The instructional design projects during the Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology helped Susana to set up new goals and expand her knowledge. Susana is proficient using Articulate 360, Piktochart, Canvas LMS, Blackboard LMS, Docebo LMS, Teachable LMS, Adobe Connect, Powtoons, and other relevant instructional design software.
